The Faith, Hope & Charity Necklace in Solid Gold was created as a tribute to three enduring virtues: faith, hope, and love. Each charm told its own story - the heart for boundless love, the anchor for resilience and new horizons, and the cross for protection and strength in life’s challenges.

This necklace was often chosen as a gift for life’s milestones - a way to honour sisters, mothers, daughters, wives, or friends with symbols that could be carried close to the heart. It expressed devotion and connection in a form that felt timeless and personal.

More than adornment, the necklace became a talisman of guidance and grace. Now part of our Archive Collection, it endures as a testament to the virtues that shape our lives.

The Faith, Hope & Charity Necklace in Solid Gold featured three symbolic charms:

The anchor, measuring approx. 3cm × 1cm, represented hope and stability, a reminder to stay grounded through life’s stormiest seas.

The heart, approx. 2cm × 1cm, embodied love and compassion, a testament to the power of love in all its forms.
The cross, approx. 2.5cm × 2cm, symbolised faith and protection, a talisman of kindness, safety, and selflessness.

Each charm was hallmarked with our maker’s mark, the Assay Office stamp, and details of date and metal purity. Chains were available in lengths of 16″, 18″, 20″, or 24″, allowing these charms to be worn close to the heart.

Now part of our Archive Collection, this piece remains a symbol of devotion, resilience, and love.

18ct Yellow Gold : (750 parts of Gold per thousand)
9ct Yellow Gold : (375 parts of Gold per thousand)

Yellow Gold is alloyed with copper and silver to strengthen it and give it longevity.
The shade of the Gold depends on the Gold content, therefore 18ct Yellow colour is richer in colour than the paler Yellow Gold.

Sterling Silver : 925 hallmarked Sterling Silver
Gold Vermeil : layer of 18ct Gold Plate of at least 2.5 microns over the top of Sterling Silver.

Gold Vermeil is a layer of 18ct Gold Plate that will eventually wear away over time
The speed of this wear is affected by elements such as being exposed to water, heat, chlorine, natural body oils, products and perfumes.

I know it’s tempting to wear your jewellery while swimming, showering or at the gym but it should be avoided.
And it’s best to put your jewellery on after applying your make-up and lovely scent.

With all of my Bianca Jones jewellery,  I believe in creating forever heirlooms, putting people and the planet first. My pieces are either made straight into metal, hand-carved in wax or using CAD and cast through the ancient process of lost-wax-casting locally here in the UK. All of the Silver and Gold is recycled. And each piece is hand-finished with care and love.

We present your jewellery in a traditional box with a special suede pouch for you to keep your jewellery safe and sound.
